We are a renowned manufacturer of health care products including Various Ayurvedic  Medicines, Honey, Castor Oil, and Coconut Oil. Due to constant quality upgradation, there is huge demand of our products all over India and we have achieved the sales volume of INR 2 crore.

We ensure uniform distribution of our Ayurvedic medicines, honey, etc. through our wide dealers' network. To enable our products within the reach of masses of our country, we have kept the cost of our products very economical. This is in accordance of our mission to spread good health in the society.

Quality

Since our company deals in Ayurvedic medicines, honey, etc. vital care is taken to ensure the optimal quality of all the products. The quality checks are conducted using microbiological methods to check sterility and other microbiological assays. Our quality control department ensures that extraction of herbal products like honey and oil is done by the use of advance technology, to obtain maximum recovery of the active ingredient in the extract.

The entire process is conducted under the strict guidelines of our expert chemists, herbalists and doctors. Stringent quality parameters are laid on the disintegration time, uniformity of content, pH value, refractive index, filtering organic volatile impurities, presence of photochemical and alkaloids, etc. All the factors that could effect the product quality like environment and climate, temperature, light, moisture, atmospheric dust, etc. are properly taken care of in a scientific manner as per the international quality control protocol laid by the industry.

Infrastructure

Extraction of herbal products like oil, honey, and other ayurvedic medicines is the most important process of Prakruthi Health Care. This includes the usage of features like thermo syphon heating and zero effluent discharge system without additional energy requirement and solvent recovery system with thermal and pressure swing operation. All these processes are done at our state of the art manufacturing unit that has all the modern machinery and trained manpower to manufacture world class products.

The packaging department makes respective packing arrangement of various products as per their requirement and ensures the uniformity of weight, volume and fill, etc. The large warehouse enables us to tackle bulk order of any size.
